Some items are sent directly from the manufacturer do ship via other carriers (Fedex & USPS). If you purchased multiple items, you may receive them in partial shipments as they may arrive from different vendors and have been mailed separately. Personalized Items: Personalized orders can take up to 10 business days for processing before they are shipped. Most vendors offer free personalization for their products. We accept payment by credit card, personal check, and postal money orders.
Credit Card Orders: We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
Broken Items:
Every carton is carefully packed and inspected before leaving our suppliers' locations. We are not responsible for damages once items have been shipped. If your carton is damaged when it arrives, DO NOT OPEN. Please call the carrier and request information on submitting a claim. Typographical Errors: We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors. These errors occur very rarely. If you have a question about a price that seems incorrect please inform us so we can investigate and fix the problem.
Returns:
We sincerely believe you will be happy with your order. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us within 7 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Return shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the customer. For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns for personalized products, perishable merchandise, items with signs of use (i.e. tiaras, jewelry, etc), cameras, candles shipped via UPS Ground during summer months, clearance items and special order items including handmade sachets, samples and ribbon) are not returnable. Please return authorized orders in its' original form and packaging. No partial refunds. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions. Once the item is received back at "I Do" Wedding Favors, your refund less a 10% restocking fee will be processed promptly. Please follow the instructions noted above to prevent forfeiture of your refund. |
